Ashfield Links Forum received funding from Enable to develop a Resource Base available to voluntary/community groups in the Ashfield District. This resource base is available for you to hire any equipment you need to help with events, training, promotion or just some administration you need to do.
Equipment Available (deposit taken - refundable on return)
Portable TV/DVD/Video (£50
How do I hire equipment?
Simply email wendy@ashfieldlinks.org.uk, and let her know what you wish to hire out and when you wish to hire it.Wendy will then send you either by email, post or fax a Equipment Hire Request Form for you to sign and send back to us.
The equipment will be available between 1pm and 4pm on the day of hire. Therefore, if you want to use the equipment in the morning you will need to hire it from the day before. Please ensure that you bring the relevant deposit (if possible by cheque) and proof of address/ID, as without these we will be unable to hire the equipment. If you need to be shown how to use the equipment please advise a member of staff when collecting the equipment. Please ensure that you allow additional time when collecting the equipment for this purpose.
The deposit required varies depending on the piece of equipment hired. If paying by cheque this will either be destroyed or returned to you when the equipment has been checked upon its return
between 9am and 12 noon in good working order so that another group may hire it out on the same day.
If you have equipment available that is not included in the checklist above, please list it here.
